Please do not go anywhere else! I would give 100 stars if I could. We made that mistake of using a local Dr and had issues after issues from having to go back and forward to the hospital, who did not give us any reassurance. The dr who did our sons procedure had no idea about what to do when issues had arised and wanted to redo the procedure and advised us to go to the hospital to put him under general anesthethic . I wouldn’t wish what we went through on anyone and wish I knew about this team from the beginning because I would have never gone anywhere else.

I contacted the hibbert team, sending pictures of what had happened. They were emailed back instantly and replied back to my messages at all hours! They were very persistent and I am forever grateful for that because they saved us from possibly making the worst mistake of our lives. The knowledge they have is exceptional as I contacted lots of places including private consultants who all wanted to redo the procedure.

The team knew instantly what had happened and within minutes Charles solved the issue, this same issue which required no surgical input and had been seen by one or the top urologist consultant in Manchester children’s hospital who had no idea what to do. It took him a couple of minutes max.

We are so grateful and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for Charles and Yaakov, the service this company provides is exceptional! Any time you need them they are there, any questions I had I received a response instantly and along with that both brothers have an amazing persona.It is something we have never experienced they are exceptionally welcoming and caring along with a sense of humour they instantly put you at ease.
